Our Farming Practices
We raise our birds on pasture near Kingston, Washington, where they have access to fresh air, sunshine, and room to roam. We feed a high-quality organic ration and move our birds to fresh pasture daily. This results in meat that is higher in Omega-3's, more nutrient dense, and juicier than commercially grown birds.
These whole chickens are perfect for roasting, smoking, grilling, and making the best homemade stock!
Pick-up Instructions
- Please select a Pickup Date at checkout under Delivery Details.
- Pickup is usually Fridays 10:00 am - 7:30 pm and Saturdays at 9:00 am - 11:00 am.
- Also, because our chickens are super fresh, please wait 24 hours before cooking or freezing.
- Feel free to bring your own box or bag! We also have ice if needed.
