San Juan Island Sea Salt is a local family farm that harvests sea salt from the waters around San Juan Island, WA. They use solar evaporation to naturally extract the crystals while leaving trace minerals behind. This gives the salt deeper flavor and makes it a great addition to any recipe!
San Juan Blend is our absolute favorite! We use it whenever we roast chicken, and it is also great on potatoes and in many other applications.
We've been enjoying their products for years and are excited to now offer them at our farmstand.
